Thundercats!

Sino bang batang Pinoy na pinanganak nuong 1980's ang hindi makakaalala sa Thundercats (Ganun na ba tayo katanda?)? Sinong hindi makakalimoy kanila Lion-O, Cheetara, Tygra, Panthro at sa iba pang Thundercats?

Isa ang Thundercats sa mga masasabing "late" na 80's cartoons kasi umabot sila ng 1990. Sa totoo lang, 'wag kayong magugulat: ANIME ang Thundercats! Paano nangyari yun? Bagama't Rankin-Bass ang nagproduce ng show (na kilala sa kanilang animated na Lord of the Rings), ang karamihan ng mga animator nito aymga Hapon. Sa totoo lang, pagkatapos gawin ng Topcraft (Yung JApanese animation studio ng Thudercats) ang Thundercats, binuo nila ang Studio Ghibli na kilala namang studio ni Hayao MIyazaki (Mononoke Hime, Spirted Away etc)! Galing 'no?
